Abstract

The abstracts are edited by Dr Paul Craddock and the Honorary Editors would like to acknowledge his help and that of many others. They are very grateful to the [ollowing who are actively participating: A P Greenough, J Piaskowski, E C J Tylecote, J Almond and C R Blick. Some of the abstracts are taken from the periodical 'Art and Archaeology Technical Abstracts' and we are grateful to the International Institute for the Conservation of Historie and Artistic Works, London and New York, for allowing us to reproduce them.
